Wind Bracing and Tie Down

Wind Bracing and Tie Down is a vital part of the building. It is what keeps it together in those moments of extreme weather. I went to North Queensland in the days after Cyclone Larry devastated the Innisfail area to start work helping rebuild the area. I have seen first-hand what the weather is capable of.

We can do all Wind Bracing Diagrams and Calculations and Tie Down Schedule for N1, N2, N3 and N4 (non-cyclonic areas), C1, C2 and C3 (cyclone areas). N4, C1, C2 and C3 Diagrams and calculations require Engineer Certification, but we can do all the preliminary work to save you time and money. If the bracing and tie down is considered during design and drawing stages, it can be planned to fit in with the building design.
As always, we will work with the builder or engineer and document the methods they prefer to use.
